Perth Football Club Zone

This Zone includes the present Perth Football Club building and immediate surrounds. The building fulfils a variety of roles including football administration, training, functions and spectator facilities. The building was built in the late 1950s and is now out-of-step with contemporary facilities of its kind across metropolitan Perth. An opportunity exists to seek redevelopment of the site to complement the overall LPRP redevelopment, achieving more multi-purpose and community focussed outcomes than is possible from the existing building.
